| This
product is the 'beez kneez' of any silicone brand
on the market as the properties of this silicone are
amazing! Lexel is a non-sag, co-polymer based joint
sealant which dries by solvent loss to form an almost
‘water clear’ elastomeric joint sealant.
It has excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction
materials and maintains its adhesion even after 7
days continuous water immersion. |

The
high clarity of Lexel (up to 19 times clearer than
translucent silicone sealants) make it ideal for a
wide range of gap filling and joint sealing applications
where a high clarity sealant is required.
Uses include, trim, countertops, splashbacks, sinks,
tile thresholds, windows, doors, eaves, roof tiles,
guttering, vents, ductwork, flashings and skylights.
Lexel offers primerless adhesion to the following
materials; Perspex, copper, most plastics, polycarbonate,

ARDEX
CA 20 P is a one component, silane modified polymer
adhesive and neutral curing sealant which hardens
in reaction with moisture. ARDEX CA 20 P is extremely
flexible, with a high initial tack and good bond strength,
making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
It is ideal as a general shower, kitchen and bathroom
repair adhesive and sealant for replacing tiles, fitting
accessories such as soap holders and finishing off
joints. Its shrinkage free drying and ability to be
used internally and externally on walls and floors
adds to the versatility of ARDEX CA 20 P.
ARDEX CA 20 P is ideal for bonding most construction
materials including glass,
tiles, ceramics, wood, plastic and metal.
It can be used in underwater applications,
either applied to the immersed substrate or to the

| TamPur
150 is a single component hydrophilic polyurethane
in combination with polyether polyols. It only reacts
when it comes in contact with water and forms a flexible
polyurethane seal. |
| Uses: |
TamPur
150 is a hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer liquid
for hydrophilic polymer resin type water stopping.
It can be injected directly into a leaking crack,
fracture or joint, or it can be injected 1:1 with
water.
After injection has taken place, the TamPur 150 will
foam to expand and fill the void, forming a tight,
impermeable elastomeric seal, stopping the water flow. |
